AC is a project manager on our drafting team, working primarily on CAD projects. He uses his experience in both Construction and Design Management to further his understanding of each project. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Bulacan State University. AC is hardworking and dedicated, and believes there is always room to improve and grow, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, AC can be found spending time with his family. He also loves to cook and enjoys spending time with friends.
Alvin

Alvin is a modeler on our visualization team, working on both 3D models and rendering projects. He is known for his speed and accuracy, and the team especially appreciates his skill in modeling realistic snow scenes. He is a registered architect in the Philippines and graduated from Bulacan State University. Before joining UR, Alvin spent over five years working as a graphic artist and designer for a landscape design company, developing his skills in 3D modeling and graphic design. He believes design is an opportunity to bring order, beauty, and function into the world, while creating thoughtful spaces that respect human dignity and benefit the community. Beyond work, Alvin serves as a leader at a local church in Manila. He also enjoys driving, taking road trips, and watching movies, as well as grabbing coffee with friends.

Alvin Pe works as a project manager primarily on CAD projects, as part of the drafting team. He is a licensed architect in the Philippines and graduated from Bulacan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He has experience working as a design architect for both architectural firms and general contractors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of architectural design and drafting. Alvinpe values creativity, continuous learning, and building meaningful connections with others. He believes in working hard while also taking time to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Outside of work, Alvinpe enjoys cooking, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Catherine
- Project Manager
- Bachelor of Science Interior Design, Western Carolina University
As the lead project manager for our visualization team, Catherine helps keep projects organized and running smoothly. She is detail-oriented and regularly checks in with other project managers to see where additional help may be needed. Catherine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, and uses that knowledge to bring a thoughtful eye for design and detail to every project. Her strong organizational and time management skills help her balance the needs of multiple projects while supporting the rest of the team. Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, gardening, and taking on DIY projects around the house.
Dex

Dex is a modeler on our visualization team, working on 3D models and rendering projects. The team values his attention to detail and his ability to accurately interpret and incorporate markups into his models. He is a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Bulacan State University. Before joining UR, Dex spent over eight years working as a sub-team lead designer for a landscape architectural design company. He approaches his work with the philosophy, "Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast," believing that taking the time to get things right the first time leads to better results. In his free time, Dex enjoys keeping up with technology and current events, watching online content, PC gaming, and developing custom code using AI tools.
Glenn
- Project Manager, Architect, Revit Specialist

Glenn works as a project manager and drafter on our drafting team, focusing primarily on Revit projects. He is a licensed architect in the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). His background includes working with international clients and coordinating teams on a variety of projects. Glenn enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, continuing to learn, and finding ways to improve how projects are completed. He believes in leading by example, working together as a team, and taking pride in doing quality work. In his free time, Glenn enjoys playing basketball, exploring new technology, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Irish
- Project Manager

Irish is a project manager on our visualization team, helping coordinate projects and keep things moving smoothly. She has a degree in Mass Communication from Far Eastern University in Manila and brings over a decade of experience in customer service. Before joining UR, Irish worked in a variety of roles, including customer service representative, hotel front desk associate, and virtual assistant. Her background in customer service has given her strong communication and organizational skills that she brings to her work with the team. Irish loves spending time at the beach, traveling, and exploring new places with her family.
Jorge
- 3D Modeler, IT
Jorge is part of our visualization team, working on 3D models and rendering projects, while also helping with IT support. His attention to detail and accuracy in his modeling work are qualities that the team values. He has a background in Architecture from Lyceum of the Philippines and Civil Engineering from the University of Eastern Philippines. Jorge has always had an interest in technology and enjoys figuring out how things work. His curiosity and willingness to troubleshoot problems make him a helpful resource for the team. In his free time, Jorge enjoys tinkering with technology, taking things apart, and learning how they work.
