ANIMATION STYLES
Photo-Real: Exceptional videos for higher budgets and longer deadlines. Approx. 3-5 weeks.
Real-Time: Beautiful, quality scenes for mid budgets and shorter deadlines. Approx. 1-2 weeks.
Sketchup: Conceptual animations for lower budgets and tight deadlines. Approx. 3-5 days.

STARTING COSTS
Photo-Real: $692 per unique modeling space + $692 per min of animation + $28 per sec on our Render Farm.
Real-Time: $692 per unique modeling space + $492 per min of animation.
Sketchup: $692 per unique modeling space + $292 per min of animation + $14 per sec on our Render Farm.
OUR ANIMATION PROCESS
We will first initiate a consultation with an animation manager to discuss project scope, animation style, and deadline. Once a full understanding is reached, our modeling team creates the areas to be displayed in the video, adding realistic materials, vegetation, and lighting. During this time, you and an animation specialist will further discuss camera paths that best convey your key focal areas and intent. For the first two proof cycles, we will provide still renderings along with a mid-quality mp4 video to cover detailed markups on both the model and animation. The last proof cycle will only be of the animation with any post-production text, graphics, or music included prior to the final video. After we recieve confirmation to finalize, we will begin to render the full-resolution animation. Depending on style and length, this could take between 2-14 days.

UR Studio employs on-staff architects to ensure model accuracy and quality. We apply the same quality to our architectural animations as we do to our rendered architectural still images. Our architects appreciate our architectural knowledge and understanding of the architectural aesthetic.

Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional architectural support services. We understand that licensing restrictions on renderings of your own architectural creations can be frustrating. UR Studio puts no restrictions and no royalties on any work we produce for our clients. We do not watermark our images and we require no acknowledgement or accreditation. You may use the work we produce however you like.
