AC is a project manager on our drafting team, working primarily on CAD projects. He uses his experience in both Construction and Design Management to further his understanding of each project. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Bulacan State University. AC is hardworking and dedicated, and believes there is always room to improve and grow, both personally and professionally. Outside of work, AC can be found spending time with his family. He also loves to cook and enjoys spending time with friends.

Alvin is a modeler on our visualization team, working on both 3D models and rendering projects. He is known for his speed and accuracy, and the team especially appreciates his skill in modeling realistic snow scenes. He is a registered architect in the Philippines and graduated from Bulacan State University. Before joining UR, Alvin spent over five years working as a graphic artist and designer for a landscape design company, developing his skills in 3D modeling and graphic design. He believes design is an opportunity to bring order, beauty, and function into the world, while creating thoughtful spaces that respect human dignity and benefit the community. Beyond work, Alvin serves as a leader at a local church in Manila. He also enjoys driving, taking road trips, and watching movies, as well as grabbing coffee with friends.

Alvin Pe works as a project manager primarily on CAD projects, as part of the drafting team. He is a licensed architect in the Philippines and graduated from Bulacan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. He has experience working as a design architect for both architectural firms and general contractors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of architectural design and drafting. Alvinpe values creativity, continuous learning, and building meaningful connections with others. He believes in working hard while also taking time to enjoy life's simple pleasures. Outside of work, Alvinpe enjoys cooking, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Dex is a modeler on our visualization team, working on 3D models and rendering projects. The team values his attention to detail and his ability to accurately interpret and incorporate markups into his models. He is a registered and licensed architect in the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Bulacan State University. Before joining UR, Dex spent over eight years working as a sub-team lead designer for a landscape architectural design company. He approaches his work with the philosophy, "Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast," believing that taking the time to get things right the first time leads to better results. In his free time, Dex enjoys keeping up with technology and current events, watching online content, PC gaming, and developing custom code using AI tools.

Glenn

Glenn works as a project manager and drafter on our drafting team, focusing primarily on Revit projects. He is a licensed architect in the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). His background includes working with international clients and coordinating teams on a variety of projects. Glenn enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, continuing to learn, and finding ways to improve how projects are completed. He believes in leading by example, working together as a team, and taking pride in doing quality work. In his free time, Glenn enjoys playing basketball, exploring new technology, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Jorge - UR Studio team member

Jorge

Jorge is part of our visualization team, working on 3D models and rendering projects, while also helping with IT support. His attention to detail and accuracy in his modeling work are qualities that the team values. He has a background in Architecture from Lyceum of the Philippines and Civil Engineering from the University of Eastern Philippines. Jorge has always had an interest in technology and enjoys figuring out how things work. His curiosity and willingness to troubleshoot problems make him a helpful resource for the team. In his free time, Jorge enjoys tinkering with technology, taking things apart, and learning how they work.

Joyce

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos

Joyce works hand in hand with the owner on website development, management, and programming for UR Studio. Her work includes redesigning backend pages, adjusting page layouts and formatting, keeping images and information up to date, as well as much more. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Negros Occidental–Recoletos. When away from her computer, Joyce enjoys staying active by playing badminton, table tennis, and participating in trail runs. She also loves exploring the outdoors, especially the mountains, waterfalls, and white sand beaches of the Philippines, especially those in her home province.

Larry works as a modeler on our visualization team, creating 3D models and renderings for a variety of projects. He is known for his speed and ability to handle large, complex projects while keeping his work organized and moving forward. Originally from the Philippines, Larry has a background in interior design, architecture, and landscape architecture. He enjoys bringing design ideas to life through 3D visualization, paying attention to the details that help communicate a project's overall vision. When he's not working, Larry enjoys watching basketball, movies, and TV shows, as well as hiking with friends.
