For this rendering of an Aerospace building the client requested that we include a dramatic night sky with stars and a fully lit building. We started by building the model in Sketchup and then rendered it out in a photo-real style with glowing light reflections.

This corporate headquarters building in Raleigh was created to help our client out when their workload wouldn't allow them to complete it in-house. We were able to turn the project around quickly to help them meet their deadline.

For this rendering of an Aerospace building the client requested that we include a dramatic night sky with stars and a fully lit building. We started by building the model in Sketchup and then rendered it out in a photo-real style with glowing light reflections.
For this Veterans Affairs campus, the client wanted to see the new buildings in the existing environment. We completed both aerial and a ground level view. We included people and landscaping, with dusk lighting and reflective surfaces to add interest.

We helped them with renderings to help visualize the project through multiple design phases and material changes. The final product featured a fall setting, dusk lighting, and a lively campus scene.

The client came to us seeking exterior renderings for these Lawrence Tech proposed student housing buildings. We started with a 3D cad model and PDF plans and elevations. We referenced the client's example images to develop the lighting and materials to best represent the project in our photo-real style.

These renderings were created to show what a replica Vietnam Memorial would look like in an existing park. The goal was to create excitement for the project and to show potential donors. We started with a few rough sketches, photos from the site, and specs on the replica Vietnam Memorial Wall.
This rendering of a medical center started out as a Revit file from the client. We modeled the surrounding context based on photos and imported the information for the buildings from their file. We finalized in our photo-real style and provided both the rendering file and the raw Sketchup model to the client.
Newly proposed student housing for the Florida International University, in Miami Florida, was created based on 2D DWG files and example images of materials and architectural elements. We went through multiple rounds of edits to make sure the project intent was captured correctly and the view angles were correct then finished in our photo-real style.

This photo-real aerial sports complex rendering was created for our client for his marketing efforts. We charged only our base aerial price and it only took a week to complete, including two rounds of proofs.
